WP Themes Free: This site is a great tool for searching free WordPress themes available on the web. They've basically thought of every way to categorize the themes out there and it works great.

Design Disease: A lot of really cool themes. They're all free and fit the current trend in blog theming. There is not a huge selection but the themes are definitely worth a look.
